I needed an oil change - I forgot that I had scheduled it at Anaheim and just showed up at the Buena Park location. They were so understanding and kind, and promptly welcomed me as a walk-in even though the at Anaheim and just showed up at the Buena Park location. They were so understanding and kind, and promptly welcomed me as a walk-in even though they were very busy. Yehia is the person who helped me; he was fantastic! He gave me good advice and offered extra preventative services that would be good for my Toyota (but was not pushy at all). He gave me an estimated pickup time - and sure enough, my car was ready right on time! That is not usually the case at the other location I've gone to. Check-in and check-out were both fast and super convenient. Not only was Yehia great, but another young sales associate offered me water and complimented my earrings while I waited. In addition, this location offers a free Lyft ride home (from service) within a 7 mi radius. (Anaheim either doesn't offer this or never mentioned it to me all the times I've been there.) Buena Park Toyota definitely has excellent and genuine customer service - I will be back for sure! More

I made an appointment and arrived on time. However, during the reception process, the people who came later than me were checked in first. I felt I was being ignored. The service representative who was assigned to me did not show up. After waiting around 15 minutes, and after I asking someone else, other staff checked me in. After waiting 2 hours, the service representative called me and told that my car was ready to go home. I tried to meet him, but I was not able to locate him. Later on, he showed up and gave me the blue slip to pick up my car. I was not happy with this visit. More
