I always have a great experience at this dealership. I feel like they appreciate my business. There’s only one problem and that is the parking situation really sucks. I have someone come and bring me, if feel like they appreciate my business. There’s only one problem and that is the parking situation really sucks. I have someone come and bring me, if I can, to have my car serviced. The issue is there are too many vehicles for sale and no parking. That has nothing to do with the service and that has been excellent but having someone bring you and you can’t find parking that’s a bit stressful. However, at this time they’re doing renovation so I feel like this problem will go away. Can’t wait to see the new update a dealership. More

Awful experience. This was my first time taking my car to the AutoNation Toyota Buena Park location due to a recall. I took my car in on Saturday 08/28/21 at 7am and was checked-in by Daniel Hernandez in ser the AutoNation Toyota Buena Park location due to a recall. I took my car in on Saturday 08/28/21 at 7am and was checked-in by Daniel Hernandez in service. I was told the service would take at least 4 hours, and therefore I would be notified when my vehicle was ready for pickup. I received no call whatsoever, but I did receive a text message at 6:54pm that my car was ready for pickup. I then arrived at the dealer by 7:15pm, only to be told by a sales associate that the service department closed at 6pm and they would not be open until Monday. When I had brought my car in that morning, I was not told that the service department closed at 6pm, nor did they mention that they are closed on Sunday. I don't understand why nobody called to let me know that my vehicle was ready, especially if it was a known fact to staff that I could not pick it up the next day. I had no means of transportation after being told that I would not be able to retrieve my car that day. The sales associate informed me that they would not provide a rental car or any assistance in my transportation. The following day on Sunday 8/29/21, I was on hold for 45 minutes until finally connecting to a sales manager named Anise (?) who kindly informed me that my car was located and ready, but their staff did not have a key to open the gate to where my car was parked. To my despair, I lost a day of work that Sunday because paying for a roundtrip uber would have cost over $100. I am a homecare nurse, so unfortunately I do not have coworkers to cover a shift, and my special needs patient did not receive care that day. I finally picked up my car on Monday 08/31/21 morning. This whole experience has been a huge inconvenience to me, and the associates there did not even do the bare minimum of apologizing for the issues caused. I was also disappointed that they did not at least vacuum my car - every time I had a service done at Corona Toyota or Riverside Toyota, my car came back extra clean. I will no longer be returning to this dealer. I chose to go here because I was visiting my parents who live nearby, my mistake. Rate of 0 stars if I could. More

Even during the construction it was a fast and smooth car drop off. Manny was very flexible with my last minute appointment changed. I always get help from Daniel for every visit. He is so patient and kind to help us to get better understanding with the services.
