Cares about the customer, we are not just another number/car. They are helpful, efficient, and communicate well. I had an appointment for for an annual car maintenance (basically oil change and lube). It took them all day like FIVE hours before it was done despite brining in the car on time. This is an improvement (basically oil change and lube). It took them all day like FIVE hours before it was done despite brining in the car on time. This is an improvement from the last year which took all day like SEVEN hours. Who would like to be tied up all day without the car for an oil change and lube which may take only 30 minutes or less to finish? What's the purpose of making an appointment if I still had to wait hours and hours before any of their mechanics can get to work on my car maintenance? I have never had this kind of problem with other Toyota dealers, but this particular dealer seems to have all the time in the world to do a job. More
