Had a recall. Took truck in. Light above back window was leaking. Ok look a whole day to fix that. Need to bring back for headliner to be replaced. Been 3 weeks a Took truck in. I’m a Coustomer for last 22 years. Bought several vehicles from this dealership in Buena Park. I had one single service representative, Pete Amazola for 2 decades until he fall sick. I Bought several vehicles from this dealership in Buena Park. I had one single service representative, Pete Amazola for 2 decades until he fall sick. I always had a pleasant experience until Pete stop working as Service Rep. in march I brought my car in for window tinting. A service Rep named Alfredo told me that I’ll get a rental car at no cost to me and next day drop the rental car and pick mine up. Next day he called and told me the car is not ready & he will call me next day. Next day he extended again. Finally after four days he asked me to drop the rental car and pick mine up. Next day I dropped the rental car and picked mine up. He had assured me that there is no charge for the rental car. When I received my credit card statement there was $330 plus charge. Upon asking him, he was not helpful. Finally I had to approach the GM Jose Guzman who assured me that it will be taken care off. Couple months later it was not resolved so I texted Jose again. He texted back saying he is not working at the location anymore but they will take care. Finally two weeks ago I came back for service and I met Pete who is back but as a porter. I shared my pain with him and as always he was compassionate and caring. He took me to Mario (if I’m not mistaken) who checked my account and immediately called the rental company to refund my money. He told me yo wait couple of weeks and I’ll se the credit in my credit card account. If not to see him back. Let’s see what happens. Same day I had brought my car in for 5K service, however the technician forgot to set the warning sign. I noticed it after I came home. Now I need to bring my car back in to reset the warning sign. Overall happy with the dealership. I hope Pete is reinstated back as service representative. 🙏🏼 More
