My service advisor was about 20 minutes late coming to work. I had a 7:00 appointment and waited an inordinate amount of time before my vehicle finally was taken in. No apologies were offered. Have only bought one vehicle here, but have dealt with service department many times over the years. I always had exceptional and quick service until last year, when I had a not so great experience during service department many times over the years. I went back this year to give them another try, and had a much better experience. My service tech Robert was very friendly and helpful. It did take longer than I expected, and I was disappointed that only one of the two recalls were fixed (which means another trip back) because they didn't have parts. Overall though, a better experience than before. More
