Worst experience ever! I was trying to buy parts for my Toyota originally at the Buena Park dealership. Until I realized this dealership was selling the ignition coils for over 50% more than what another Toyota dealership was selling the same parts for. I ended up asking if they would match the price to what the other Toyota dealership was selling the parts for since the parts would be the same. The service representative Edwin refused to match the price nor offered any loaner vehicle and had to be careless for several days. Then Edwin stated that the labor for getting the ignition coils installed would be two - three hours which was another lie.... I ended up getting my ignition coils installed by a different mechanic for less than one hour. Also, the service advisor Edwin said I needed new spark plugs after I had just purchased new spark plugs at that dealership not too long ago. The entire experience was lie after another lie. So thankful I went somewhere else I saved over $600. More

On Jan 31, 2023, I took my 2021 RAV4 for Complementary Service for brand new cars. While checking in, the Service Adviser asked me if I needed Wheel Alignment even before the Technician had inspected the Service for brand new cars. While checking in, the Service Adviser asked me if I needed Wheel Alignment even before the Technician had inspected the car. I DECLINED since it had only 6,000 miles Plus and I did not noticed uneven wear of my tires nor does it pull to left nor right when running. After several days I received an 2 email from the Dealership asking me to schedule for Wheel Alignment as identified by Toyota Certified Technician as essential. However, the final Inspection Report by the Technician did not mention anything about the need of WHEEL ALIGNMENT. The word in the report that said "DECLINED WHEEL ALIGNMENT" was written by the Service Adviser and not by the Service Technician. Are Service Adviser trained to ask this question to In-coming customers? Toyota should be telling (not asking) Customers when they need Alignment. This practice could be DECEIVING to customers who know nothing about cars. . More
