The staff is nice, but the level of service has slipped over the years. I have no right to expect more, because they really are a nice and courteous staff. But I can remember getting complimentary car wash over the years. I have no right to expect more, because they really are a nice and courteous staff. But I can remember getting complimentary car washes after service or having the service manager coming to find you personally when work was completed instead of sending a text. Those were next-level perks that just don’t seem to exist anymore. Like I said, the staff and experience was fine. It’s just not the same if you’re used to more. More
