First of all, we absolutely LOVE our new 2012 Toyota Camry, and have come to love Power Toyota Buena Park because of your HONEST, FRIENDLY, and THOROUGH service and employees. Employee Billy welcomed us Camry, and have come to love Power Toyota Buena Park because of your HONEST, FRIENDLY, and THOROUGH service and employees. Employee Billy welcomed us on the lot back on Dec 21, 2011, and was excellent to my wife Gayle and me when we traded in our 2005 Toyota Camry (which we also purchased new from Toyota Buena Park in Dec 2004). We feel Billy is the BEST; he went above and beyond to ensure our experience was super! Also, I've brought in our new Toyota every 6 months for recommended, scheduled maintenance. Randy Bradley in the service dept helped me the first time in June 2012; Jorge Buenrostro in the service dept helped me the second visit in Dec 2012. Both employees are also the BEST! I feel very lucky with my wonderful Toyota, and am so glad to be a customer of Power Toyota Buena Park, where, in my experience, customers come first. Looking forward to a great future! Thank you. Everyone at power scion really took the time and effort to find me the car I want. Surprisingly, he was genuinely excited about the car I was looking at and did not seem like a sales pitch. He definitely cares, listens to your needs and goes from there. Jorge Buenrostro gave me the best service when I visited Power Toyota for an oil change and visor repair. The service was within reasonable time and he was very courteous. As a cautious consumer, I didn't know what to expect since it has been a number of years since I walked into a car dealership. I just couldn't believe that there was practically no waiting. Usually, I would expect to wait at least 20 minutes at a dealership for someone to help us. Despite the showroom being pretty packed,we were the ones who said that we needed to find the restroom and we'll be right back. We went through the Pentagon Federal Buying Service, a free carfax report that was readily available online. The paperwork was nearly done by the time we were there, since I scanned a copy of my auto insurance card and driver's license. David came to greet us right away and knew that we were there for a test drive, and we were in the vehicle right away. Afterwards, it was a matter of deciding whether we wanted the vehicle and the paperwork. David patiently explained all of the paperwork to us. It didn't matter that our car was a tiny fraction of the cost of the nicer cars on the lot. He even took care of my problem which was not having any proof of Pen Fed's pre-approved loan for 0.49%. Only with an "option contract," my husband took the vehicle home. If I know anybody who wants a Toyota, I am sending him or her to David. More

I had some issues with the service department and was very upset and disappointed with the service done to my vehicle. I spoke to the service manager and gave him my two cents. He understood where i was very upset and disappointed with the service done to my vehicle. I spoke to the service manager and gave him my two cents. He understood where i was coming from especially as a customer and compromised with me. This turned my views and opinion about this dealership. The service manager understood that i've been going to their service department ever since i got my vehicle from them and that just one isolated incident of bad service shouldn't be the only reason why a loyal customer would be so unhappy and angry as to never go back to them. So we both came to an agreement and i feel so much better. Thanks Sean, service manager. More
