My family owns 4 Toyota/Scion. Before we moved to The U.hen.S., we owned few Toyota and we love them since hen. As soon as we considered buying a car, Toyota is the first and we bought a used Camry. Then U.hen.S., we owned few Toyota and we love them since hen. As soon as we considered buying a car, Toyota is the first and we bought a used Camry. Then we replaced with 2005 Camry which we got from Miller's Toyota and we still have it and running perfect. My daughter got a Scion 2008 later. When we explored for more cars, we visit several other brand dealers and found a Caravan Dodge from Cerritos Dodge. It became a lemon vehicle due to eletronic problem. After months of hastles and frustration, I turned it back to the dealer. The customer service manager from Dodge asked me what is my next choice. I boldly told her I will stick to Toyota. During that time, the whole U.S. is making a big deal on a single case pedal problem. Dodge CSR manager asked me why I want to stay with Toyota which was in trouble. I told her Toyota's problem is one out of millions; and your's one out of thousand! Billy helped my family got 2010 Rav4 and 2011 Yaris and we no longer have worries. Billy listen carefully to customers, not pushing but capable to convince why Toyota. I thought my family is exception but found out he is a family consultant for all his customers when it comes to buying used/new vehicle. His tactful customer relation and excellent friendliness is definitely an asset to Buena Park Power Toyotota. I won't be suprised if he get promoted or raised. Even my family have enough Toyotas, the next will be still Toyota and we recommend our friends and co-workers. He always make sure he follow up with his customers everytime we are there for services. He has many fiends! Sonny & The Wynns More

We were attended to right away. It was clear to us from the beginning that they were willing to do what ever it took to get us to buy a car from them. Our sales guy kept saying, " I want you to be happy". the beginning that they were willing to do what ever it took to get us to buy a car from them. Our sales guy kept saying, " I want you to be happy". We took our three kids with us and they welcomed them and even gave them cake that day. We are very pleased with the the sales person, Nick and over all the dealership. More
I gave David all 5's because it was one of the best car-buying experiences ever. He was so outgoing, friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent individualized and personalized customer care. In my experience, the manager usually delegates this getting to know you and the car to a lower ranked salesperson, and sometimes only get to shake the man's hand after a heated emotionally charged and adversarial deal was obtained. Suprisingly, Dave (Internet Manager) really dedicated the time (1 hour 50 mins). The appointment was for 5-6 PM, I was late and had to wait for my wife who came from another clinic in LA. Dave even over-stayed after 6 PM (6:50 PM Friday) and really enthusiastically physically showed the details of the prospective vehicles (Highlanders vs 4 Runners: Note the plural as 2WD vs 4WD vs AWD, Base, SE, LTD, Cloth vs leather, Black vs Beige interior, exterior colors etc...He had 8 keys at one time) as I was still undecided. He was very knowledgeable of each vehicle's features and limitations. On final selection (took me a week to decide, and had to e-mail haggle to finalize a comfortable price with AutoNation Direct, they could not go as low as USAA, but went to invoice), returned back to Dave who was literally IN THE CAR prepared on our return. After a pleasant experience at finance and the signing for release (4 Runner LTD) and even after the sale, Dave personally did ALL the orientation, debriefing and assisted in pre-programming of the new NAV, Bluetooth phone for wife (she was going to use the vehicle early morning the following day), and other features, keyless orientation etc, Dave personally supervised and DID EVERYTHING. Note the time, entered dealership at 5:45 PM, saw Dave, (except in finance) and he was present up to the very end until 8:10 PM, signed everything then drove off. Dave had a very commendable positive outlook and was always highly enthusiastic, yet able to listen to our needs and was sensitive to the importance of the customers TIME making this a very pleasant and suprisingly enjoyable car purchase experience (amazingly first time for me to actually enjoy a new car purchase). As a physician, I usually try to conceal my occupation because it usually leaves me at a disadvantage when I am just trying to haggle for a fair price. For the first time, Dave really will make you feel respected and not shrugged off, and there was no waste of TIME. Thank you. More
I have to commend the staff at Buena Park Toyota. Tom and the rest of the sales staff were very courteous and very knowledgeable about the products. The management team also was considerate of our needs and the rest of the sales staff were very courteous and very knowledgeable about the products. The management team also was considerate of our needs. I would have to say that this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I will be buying all of my cars from Buena Park in the future and I also will be recommending all of my friends to them. After reading the reviews on here and other sites, I was very VERY hesitant in coming to this dealership. Like everybody else, I did not want to waste my time and gas (this place is 25 miles away from me), very VERY hesitant in coming to this dealership. Like everybody else, I did not want to waste my time and gas (this place is 25 miles away from me), to go get xx'ed and lied to. But I said what the heck, they had the car I wanted (Tundra TRD Sport) and I decided the worst that could happen is I don't get the car and I leave without a deal. So the wife and I jumped in my car and checked it out. Got there and was immediately approached by Billy and asked if assistance was needed. Went to look at the truck, but it had dealer installed accessories that I did not need. So we were asked to go inside to meet Tom H. the fleet manager. Tom came out and took some notes of what I wanted and looking for in options. Tom went to check inventories of other Toyota Dealerships in the area. During the time that I was waiting atleast 3 staff member came over to ask my wife and I if we wanted something to drink, welcomed us, etc. Tom came back 10 minutes later and confirmed that although he did not have the car he can get it for me. Well we did the usual, going back and forth on pricing until we got to a point where we both agreed (maybe 15 minutes). Unfortunately the dealer that had the car did not want to do the trade on a Sunday, disappointed, I agreed to come back the next day. Now the whole day I was wondering if they were going to pull what I read in some of the reviews, which was upping the price and running the whole "i did not promise you that price mumbo jumbo". Instead, it went very smooth. At about 10 am, Tom followed up with me to let me know they were going to pick up the car and buy 1130 am I was there and the car was being washed and waxed. I've gone through many dealerships to buy cars, from Honda's, Toyota's, Lexus, BMW and none were as thorough as Tom when it came to explaining warrantee's and the manuals. Although, I did not expect or need the explanation, my wife and I were surprised he did. Overall, great experience. LIke I said, I was very hesitant to come here because of the reviews, but i'm glad I did. Cliffnotes: Give this place a shot, I'm glad I did because now I'm driving the truck I wanted! More
Rude and arrogant guys running the show. They're all friendly just like how you expect when you walk in and within no time, prove themselves to be crooks. Had an ad for $2000 off a Toyota Prius (03/2 friendly just like how you expect when you walk in and within no time, prove themselves to be crooks. Had an ad for $2000 off a Toyota Prius (03/22/08). Went to dealership, talked to this guy called Blair Wallace, who had also contacted my via the internet channel, the previous day. Says best price is $22300. I showed him the ad and he says those were specials and they only had 1 and that was $21828. I test drove it, seemed good although it had a scratch on the flimsy center console plastic. I said I would come the next day with my wife as she was not in town. And I got the 'Can't guarantee price tomorrow' as I left. Went there next day (3/23) with the missus, met the same guy and asked if they had the car. He looked around and said yes. I asked him if it was the same price. He asks '$21828 ? Yes, thats the price' Ok, to cut short the story (after we were 'treated' to water and popcorn), about 45 minutes later, after we filled in the credit request, we got an experience survey to fill. I gave high marks to everything. He takes it and comes back with the numbers on a sheet. Now I see the car's price as $21989 - $160 more than the $21828 we had worked on. I ask why and he says its $2000 off MSRP which is $23989. I said thats not the price he quoted me. And he says, he does not remember the price he quoted me. And suddenly starts getting aggressive, completely dropping the friendly attitude. I said no way and he walks off. Then I go to his boss where he was and say this is not ethical. His boss asks me if I wanted to let go of the deal for over $160. I said thats not the point - the point was to start from the price we agreed on. And next moment the jerk says 'What if I say we won't sell a car to you' and walks off. And all this after getting the survey filled to their satisfaction. They're all xxxxx. Please be wary if you are in this dealership. More
This dealer kept my car for a week and told me the engine needed to be replaced. Then they told me that because I was missing some oil receipts (car came from out of state) that they would not do a warranty needed to be replaced. Then they told me that because I was missing some oil receipts (car came from out of state) that they would not do a warranty repair. When I appealed to Toyota and Toyota called the dealer, the dealer told Toyota not to cover it (the service manager told me he said this to Toyota). I never met the guy and only spoke to him over the phone. His other employees told me that was wrong of him to do. I still don't know why he did it. I picked up my car to trade it in on a Honda, drove it around to dealerships all day, and nothing was wrong with it. I got offered a great trade-in amount from the Honda dealerships, and lousy trade-in offers from Toyota (I told ALL dealerships about the possible engine problem). Honda gave me a great deal - See Buena Park Honda! - and I LOVE my new Civic!!! More
