The worst! Never coming back here. Was sitting in the service wait queue for 15 minutes, no other cars waiting, all the employees just looked at me and walked by. Not one person even acknowledged me. Whe service wait queue for 15 minutes, no other cars waiting, all the employees just looked at me and walked by. Not one person even acknowledged me. When I was finally seen they had me wait 2 hours for an oil change, with an appointment! They did not even tell me my car was ready!!! I went to ask for an ETA and somehow the paperwork had been sitting there and nobody bothered to let me know. More
