It's all about the people and how one is treated, and my interactions at this location are always handled with the utmost of honesty, respect and dignity. I understand the logistical nightmare trying to handle customers in an ongoing construction zone, housed in temporary trailers, but the employees did the best they could, and I appreciated this very much. I have some issues with the Buena Park Auto Nation service department: No shuttle service is provided Car is no longer washed after being serviced My glove compartment was rummaged. I had nothing of value there, but it was obvious someone went in looking for something. My radio was played and a station was selected on my FM setting.
