The service people are great. But I think once they get the construction done the place will be so much better. Only reason I give it 2 is because the guy that actually helped me out was a gentleman. As soon as I arrived there was no one to greet, the guy in front of me looked just as confused if anyone was working. helped me out was a gentleman. Sat there waiting only to keep being told someone would be right with me, watched 3 cars come and go as I waited. Took a whole 45 min just to check me in. Very different experience from Longo. More

This service department is really busy. The wait time is not short by any means. In fact, the wait time here is unusually long for a good reason. The wait time is longer because they are pretty good at what they do here. A few miles away at another Toyota dealership has "no waiting " for the opposite reasons, they aren't. We all hate to wait but like a good restaurant, people are waiting in line for a reason. In this case, a good one. More
