We very much appreciated Kyros hanging in there with us while we purchased the vehicle. We also appreciated Kyros walking through the entertainment features of the car once we purchased it. This dealer is actually one of the better ones I’ve been to - and I’ve been to a lot. They offer some awesome perks and are very straight forward. No scummy sales tricks here. Once you buy a car, they offer 5 days where you can return it no questions asked, no re-stocking fee or anything. They also gave me a free 90 day warrantee, so buying with them felt very safe. When I did go to pick up the car though, they were a little disorganized. They knew I was coming to pick it up, yet it wasn’t ready, I had to resign documents, and they had to print new plates because the ones they already printed went missing. Sort of annoying. Why not have the car ready when you know the buyer is coming? But overall, still a good dealer experience, which is saying a lot. More
