Took my car for service and Todd Hoevel and his trainee were my service advisors. They did a great job, no pressure to do other services. Car was ready before the promised time. Always a plus. I was told it would take 2 to 3 hours and it took 5 and half hours. It was not a complicated service at all. I mainly went for Bluetooth upgrade which they told me was not available. I could have taken my care to my normal Toyota master mechanic shop Toy Automotive and not wasted so much of my time and had much better service. Not going there anymore. More
