He called as soon as the vehicle was done so I could plan my schedule and not have to wait to arrange transportation back to their office (a shuttle is available within 10 miles of the dealership). The service department is kept very clean and your car is taken care of. Score one for James and Autonation Toyota service. I'll definitely be back the next time I need service. More

Terrible Service Center I had an absolutely terrible experience here. What should have been a max 2 hour appointment for an oil change and new tires took over 4 hours. Finall I had an absolutely terrible experience here. What should have been a max 2 hour appointment for an oil change and new tires took over 4 hours. Finally I approached the service center and asked what was going on. My car was ready and was just sitting in the lot, but nobody had come to get me. The service center offered to give me a $20 discount on a $130 alignment if I was waited yet another half an hour. In other words, the compensation for my wait would be to spend another $110 on an additional service. At that point, I had already wasted half the day and couldn’t wait any longer. I actually need an alignment but was so frustrated with the poor service that I decided to take my business elsewhere. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this dealership for any future service. More

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Even with a waiting room full of customers, I was in and out within 90 minutes. They even offer courtesy rides if you need that. I had my last Toyota for 10 yrs, I plan to have this Toyota for 10 years - but I guarantee if I'm still in the area when I'm looking for a new car, I will return to Autonation Toyota. Great car buying experience. Excellent experience with the service department. More

First, when this dealer called about the car, I asked them to call my wife to schedule the appointment and provided her number. They never called her. She made the appointment herself (she is the primary driver of the Highlander). Upon bringing the car for service, she gave the guy her cell phone number and went to the lounge/lobby to wait. When the car was ready, the guy called me -- at work, 20 miles away --to say the car was ready for my wife. I called her to let her know. She went to get the car and told the guy she was there, in their building & reminded him he had her number. He acknowledged he had her number, but never explained why he didn't call her directly. I guess this dealership prefers not to talk to women. More

Quick and friendly service and repair work I took my RAV4 in for a recall on a windshield wipers motor problem. The employee who met me at my car in the service bay was professional, friendly and quick to approach my car. My service manager, Alec Johannesman, was equally top notch in all aspects. They completed my repair even faster than the quoted time, which I very much appreciated. I also forgot a Christmas gift in my car that I needed, and another service manager (sorry I didn't catch his name-but he is a marine), took me into the back lot to find my car and get the gift out. Everyone here was great. Definitely was completely satisfied with my service experience. More
Service Department- AutoNation does not feel the need to honor ToyotaCare service contracts at their service center. When asked why, they become quite disrespectful and verbally abusive. Upon speaking with other toyota owners, it seems like this dealership is hit or miss with their customer satisfaction. I would go to Mountain States or another Service Center as they seem to have very positive reputations when it comes to customer satisfaction and they honor the ToyotaCare Service Agreements. Know your options before you make a final decision. More
