I would recommend the Arapahoe Toyota dealership in centennial, Colorado to anyone with car needs. Everyone I had contact with, especially Anthony, was respectful, courteous, knowledgeable and pleasant centennial, Colorado to anyone with car needs. Everyone I had contact with, especially Anthony, was respectful, courteous, knowledgeable and pleasant. I felt as tho I was treated as an important customer not as a (just a dumb woman) talk down to ignorant car owner. Anthony did everything he could to keep the cost down while giving everything my car needed to be 100%. We travel a lot and I am 100% confident in my cars ability to get me to my destination without problems. When I’m ready to purchase a new one I will definitely come to them again. With employees like Anthony Ray, J Ledbetter, C. Ledbetter, Pat (a supervisor) I’m sorry but I don’t remember all the names but every employee I dealt with, you definitely can’t go wrong. I applaud them. Whatever this particular dealership is doing is definitely working. The entire atmosphere and experience was a pleasure. I don’t need anymore stress in my life right now and didn’t get any here. Thank you all!! More

I bought my GMC Acadia Limited about 6 months ago. Bought a maintenance plan. First oil change was a disaster. Second oil change was a much better experience but still frustrating. Service people walking aro a maintenance plan. First oil change was a disaster. Second oil change was a much better experience but still frustrating. Service people walking around some on the phone 2 people walked walked up at different times saying someone will be right with you. It took 3 hrs each time I had an oil change and a month to for scheduling. At least this time the service guy told me why it takes so long and gave me ideas on how to possibly remedy a quicker time. Love love love my car but service center could use some help. More

HORRIBLE experience with the service center. They had my truck for 2 weeks. Wouldn't even order the parts before they knew insurance would pay. It is my job to worry about the funds. I was told several time truck for 2 weeks. Wouldn't even order the parts before they knew insurance would pay. It is my job to worry about the funds. I was told several times how they wouldn't give me the truck until they received payment. Never expected to but fix it first and then I will pay. Really disappointed and felt bullied. I will not be taken my truck there for service again or buy from them. Even oil changes take hours. Just awful More
