Went in for 10,000 mile maintenance. Service was performed as told. Took 2 hours which I thought after having an appt scheduled was very long wait. I also asked them to wash my car and they did not performed as told. Took 2 hours which I thought after having an appt scheduled was very long wait. I had my Tacoma in for the 30K scheduled service, and had a 3 inch lift done on the truck while they had it. The dealer kept the truck overnight to accomplish the work. When I picked up the truck on the fo a 3 inch lift done on the truck while they had it. The dealer kept the truck overnight to accomplish the work. When I picked up the truck on the following day, it was brought in to me covered in snow and ice. While driving to my office a couple of blocks away, I discovered that the newly-aligned vehicle now had the steering wheel 90 degrees to the left with the front wheels straight. I had to take the truck back to have the alignment corrected the following morning. Once the snow and ice melted off of the truck, I discovered that the truck had hit something while at the dealer, and the damage was not reported to me. The front bumper cover was cracked and broken from impacting something, the under-bumper facia was broken loose and misaligned from impact, and there were areas of damage to the grill and to the paint down the passenger side of the truck. I also discovered a part of the passenger mirror housing had also been broken loose and is now missing. Unbelievable! I paid $2800 for the work and have at least that much damage to the vehicle, hidden under ice and snow, when I got it back. I never would have expected this from a Dealership. More

They are very prompt with their service. The thing that bothers me is you have my correct name but emails sent to my correct email address are using the salutation of Michelle Booth. When I was in last week for service on my vehicle the service gentleman changed it but when I set up a service for February 11, the email was addressed to Michelle Booth. Please take care of this. MY maintenance advisor, Bill Grubb, is very helpful, very honest with advising me what I need on my vehicle and continues to keep me posted while I’m waiting for service to be done. I had taken my 2020 Camry XSE in for its first maintenance appt and this could have not been smoother. When I arrived a service team member came up to me in the car asked me about my appt and less maintenance appt and this could have not been smoother.
