Very nice employees, but I still don't understand why it takes 2 hours to do a simple oil change, check fluids and not do a tire rotation. My appointment was at 11am, I arrived at 10:45 was greeted very quickly and did not get out until nearly 1pm. I'll be back again for a few more issues (recall but parts back ordered) and then determine if I'll keep bringing it back since my Toyota Care has expired. $122 for an oil change seems very high to me. One last thing, it would have been nice if the Service Dept would have put a sticker on my windshield to remind me of my next service, I'm getting conflicting advice as to the timeframe to perform oil changes, is it 5,000 or 10,000 miles? I was communicating with them via text. Was told all was fine. My responsibility is that my voicemail was not working and I did not know that! Today - almost ten days later I hear a voicemail that the was fine. My responsibility is that my voicemail was not working and I did not know that! Today - almost ten days later I hear a voicemail that there was a rodent's nest in my cabin air filter!!! Was told when I picked up my vehicle that all was fine and the air filter would last until the next service. No one mentioned a rodent's nest when they turned over my keys. My son used to work on cars - we just looked at it and there is no way I had a nest of any sort. I will NEVER return to this dealership. More
