Brought in my car to replace a flat tire, knowing already that it was covered under warranty since I had purchased my tires from them a few months prior. I had an appointment at 10:30 and was told my car wou that it was covered under warranty since I had purchased my tires from them a few months prior. I had an appointment at 10:30 and was told my car would be done by noon. I waited until 2:30 for them to change one tire. 4 hours for one tire. No one communicated with me why it was taking so long, I ended up being late to work, and when my car is finally done the service rep has the audacity to write “5 stars please” on my receipt. LOL More
I own a 2002 Toyota Tacoma that I affectionately refer to as "Goldie". The truck has 211,000 miles and I take good care to make sure it is properly maintained. I had taken the truck in for a good "once over", oil change, tire rotation, inspection, etc. The service team was thorough, suggested relevant and reasonable items to attend to, and were very knowledgeable about their advice. Tyler, the service writer, was very thorough in his explanation of the issues that needing attending to and gave reasonable time frames for repair. Great experience! More
Everyone was polite, courtesy, and especially helpful with questions about the car. It was washed outside and the dashboard.
