Even when you have an appointment, it always takes a really long time. I’ve never gotten out of there in less than 2 hours. When you first get there, you have to stand around until someone decides to come talk to you. I’ve gotten called at least 4 times by their employees telling me it’s time for a service appointment. When I get there, then they say it was a mistake and I don’t need any service done yet. It makes me really happy when I waste a day off. It shouldn’t take 2 1/2 hours to change oil when you have an appointment. If there was another Toyota dealership close to me, I would go there for sure. More
Jeremy met me as soon as I pulled in and quickly got my paperwork. He knew exactly why I was there as I had made the appointment two days before. I appreciated how smoothly the process went. They performed all work as promised and the car was ready on time. They also did a complimentary inspection and discovered some things that need to be addressed before they turn into bigger problems. AutoNation Toyota is the only place I've taken my 4Runner since I bought it with 3 miles on it. I've always been really happy and been treated with respect. If you have to have your car serviced, I highly recommend AutoNation Toyota. More

Had one of the worst experiences at Service. Was told I needed an alignment. They broke the lock nut and then turned around and charged me to replace it. Blake, the service advisor then faile Was told I needed an alignment. They broke the lock nut and then turned around and charged me to replace it. Blake, the service advisor then failed to properly explain the “new” oil change program which turned out to be another money making scam. I was at the dealership for over 8 hours. The service advisor at one point told me they would be ready in 30 minutes and then two hours went by, nothing! They needed to replace the other lock nut but didn’t have the part. I was told they would order it and call me when it came in the following week. Never got the phone call. This is honestly the worst experience I have ever had with servicing a vehicle. It is unbelievable and deeply disappointing More

He went above & beyond when communicating about the repairs & costs, arranging pricing & payments, as well as securing shuttle service. There were factors in each of those services that required special accommodations. Jason was always courteous, friendly & helpful. Mike, the shuttle driver also accommodated my special requests, provided clear, prompt communication & showed up when he said he would. Then at the dealership today, John in sales brought my dog some treats & a bowl of water when he saw us sitting in the waiting room. The overall excellent service I have received here has taken what was previously a very stressful situation for me & turned it into a great experience. The unexpected kindnesses on top of the high-quality service mean so much to me. Thank you all so much! More
