My car was due for an oil change and tire rotation. The earliest appointment what two weeks out. The appointment took one and a half hours. They must have opened them to bleed out air, but forgot to tighten them back up. One flat is a hassle, two was a major inconvenience. More

I've been here twice now, friendly and efficient service both times. This second time I worked with Travis for my FIRST service appointment for my 2020 Toyota Prius Prime (bought in Dec 2019). My only quibble with the service is with Toyota and not this dealership -- as a result of COVID and it being an energy-efficient vehicle, I didn't have any reason to come in within the first two years of service when the service would've been free (and wonder if I should've come in this last Monday as I was still only on 3700-ish miles). (I think it should've been free under the unusual circumstances.) More
