Made an appt for headlight fix - they changed fuel pump without my consent due to recall, did not install correctly and gas has been leaking into my 2018 highlander. When I took it back I was told by Blak without my consent due to recall, did not install correctly and gas has been leaking into my 2018 highlander. When I took it back I was told by Blake (worst assistant manager) to deal with the smell and did they want me to put back in old fuel pump. Complete and utter lack of service provided. Now I have to go back for a third time as it is still not corrected and they are unable to get gas smell from my car. It is a complete safety hazard to be driving around. Worst experience by far!!!!!
