I had a complicated issue with my 2008 Camry Hybrid. The service associate Alex did a good job of communicating with me about the problem and getting the necessary parts to complete the repair. I took the vehicle in on a recall, but asked that the service department help remove the gas cap attachment (the little plastic thingy that connected the gas cap to the inside of the gas door) without cu service department help remove the gas cap attachment (the little plastic thingy that connected the gas cap to the inside of the gas door) without cutting it so I could replace the stock gas cap with one that locks. Blake received my vehicle, and made notes on the service sheet to have the above done; however, upon returning to collect my vehicle, Blake was on lunch, my vehicle was parked outside, and the gas cap connector is still connected to the gas door. My car had been there for more than 3 hours, but apparently the notes Blake had written down weren't paid any attention to or made known to the people who did the actual service work. More
First time going there for service on my 2021 RAV4 hybrid. Servicemen we're very friendly. I was a little confused though. My salesman told me I needed oil change at 5000 miles, but when I got there was told not til 10,000. So hopefully I'm good for another 5000 miles. They did complete the other maintenance due. Will be returning to this dealership. More
