As I near 65, I have owned too many cars to count and worked with countless dealerships. AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe is truly the best experience I have had. From purchasing the car to now, getting it s worked with countless dealerships. AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe is truly the best experience I have had. From purchasing the car to now, getting it serviced, they are top shelf. On time, on budget and deliver what is promised. About the only thing they could do more is wash my car and provide a massage while I wait...ROTFL. Thanks team, I appreciate the customer service and quality work. More

Service writer not only took care of the vehicle, but went the extra mile when we were not able to pick up the car the same day. We bought the vehicle from automation, and they are the only one that we u went the extra mile when we were not able to pick up the car the same day. I scheduled 05/10/22 @ 9:30 for my vehicle oil change and replace rear hatch switch opener. I was busy with work so my wife brought the car there and checked in @ 9:12 and sit there wait for 4 hours to get a replace rear hatch switch opener. I was busy with work so my wife brought the car there and checked in @ 9:12 and sit there wait for 4 hours to get an oil change and didn't get my rear hatch switch opener replace. This place was my place for my cars maintenance for many years. I moved out the State for 2 and half years and now move back the services was terrible. I guess they don't value their customers as they used too. 4 hours sit there to wait for an oil change it's pretty bad services. More
