Two hours for a 20,000 mile checkup? Had an appointment, was promised 90 minutes and sat around for two hours to get an oil change. They will not change your oil until you hit 10,000 miles. But I will not wait for 10,000 miles. It has been six months and there's only three thousand miles on the vehicle.
