I went in at 10:30 am for 2 recalls on my Highlander hybrid. It said on the recall notice that it should take about an hour. I decided to just wait for the car. When I asked the guy at the service co hybrid. It said on the recall notice that it should take about an hour. I decided to just wait for the car. When I asked the guy at the service counter, he said the car would be done by noon, then when asked again, he said the car was just getting done and should be ready in a few minutes, but it was 3 1/2 hours later until I got my car back! More
