Only to find out that the general manager had "taken this car on a vacation with his kids" and could not be seen at until the following week. What kind of dealership lets their employees use advertised vehicles to go on joyrides with messy kids? Do they think I want to spend $50k on a car they treat so haphazardly? To make matters worse I learned from another employee that this car had front-end damage which was not disclosed in listing. This dealership is the most unethical and unprofessional I have ever come across! More
Exorbitant Service Charges Took our Camry to Autonation Arapahoe to change the Valve Assembly vacuum S and was charged $162 for the Part and $261 for Labor. After research, the Took our Camry to Autonation Arapahoe to change the Valve Assembly vacuum S and was charged $162 for the Part and $261 for Labor. After research, the part can be purchased for $30-$50 and labor by a repair facility would be no more than $100. Autonation was a total rip off with their exorbitant charge of 5 times the price for the part and labor of $173 per hour for 1.5 hours to install. Absolutely STAY AWAY from this Toyota service dealership. Will never use them again. More

Picked back up on 7/9 not even half way home which is 45 mins away check engine light came on again. Numerous time tried calling dealership and no return call back from GM. He answers to my review on Google but I much rather have him call me. No communication with me with what's going on with my car...staff just transfer me all over the place waiting for long times to even get someone who can't help me.. More

He was able to diagnose a potential issue with my 4Runner in a shorter than anticipated time frame. He called as soon as the vehicle was done so I could plan my schedule and not have to wait to arrange transportation back to their office (a shuttle is available within 10 miles of the dealership). The service department is kept very clean and your car is taken care of. Score one for James and Autonation Toyota service. I'll definitely be back the next time I need service. More
Placing a hold on a vehicle is useless I was interested in a truck and saw that, through their website, I could reserve it for 72 hours. It was late on a Wednesday, and the only time that m I was interested in a truck and saw that, through their website, I could reserve it for 72 hours. It was late on a Wednesday, and the only time that my wife and I could both view the vehicle was early Friday. Within 10 minutes of me providing my information, Cristian Hinebaugh called to confirm I had requested the hold on the truck. I informed him that I had, and was very interested in the vehicle. I then asked various questions on its history. Mr Hinebaugh then said he had limited access to the information on the car, since it was new on the lot, and the fact that I had placed a hold on the vehicle. I told him that I wasn't too concerned, as long as he had any additional information available when I came on Friday. He then proceeded to send me pics, confirmation emails, and additional information on the vehicle that very day. However, early Thursday, I recieved a voicemail informing me that the car had been suddenly sold that morning, and that perhaps, I should have offered them money for the hold, sight unseen. What then is the purpose of your company's "free" offer online to hold vehicles for 72hrs. I've done similar holds in other dealerships. Do you just offer the hold online to gather my personal information, all the while selling the vehicle with no concern. I have bought 2 vehicles from autonation dealerships in the past. On principal, I will never purchase a vehicle from them again. That Friday, I purchased a similar vehicle, from one of their competitors, while Mr. Hinebaugh is still laughably sending emails about other trucks for sale. Thanks, but no thanks. More
Poor Customer Service I went in to purchase a used car, Camry Hybrid 2016 for my wife. Because of the good market price of the used car, I flew to an airport from Utah and online sales manager, Luis Cano, gave me a ride to the shop. What a great service it is! He showed me the car that I was interested in buying, and I realized it had more scratches on the car than pictures he sent, even worse there were some dents that he did not tell me. However, I was okay with that because he sure that car works perfectly and the car is Toyota certified, which he told me the car passed high-strict car inspection. So I trusted him, and purchased the car and drove back to Utah. The car was smooth and inside function worked perfectly. After few weeks, because the car is dirty, I had to wash the car. After car washing, I found food in trunk got all wet. I thought that it was strange, so I did car wash again with some box and tissue to see if they got wet. It turned out they got all wet. So I texted to Luis who sold this car and never told me the car has water leaking problem on a trunk and explained to him what just happen with pictures below. He said he asked three managers, and there is nothing they can do for this situation. I called him to see if there is anything they can do, at least I want to know he feels sorry for this, but he rather little blame me for water leaking problem. I felt really bad when he actually said that. He said he would look into it and get back to me in next day. He still hasn’t gotten back to me. I also called the customer relations department and left a message. Again I have heard nothing back. I would not suggest purchasing a car from here as they don’t care about you the moment you leave the lot. More

Terrible Experience Based on the rest of the reviews, this shouldn’t be surprise to see another poor experience coming from AutoNation Toyota. In our case, we used the Au Based on the rest of the reviews, this shouldn’t be surprise to see another poor experience coming from AutoNation Toyota. In our case, we used the AutoNation website to reserve a car we wanted over the weekend. Immediately after selecting to reserve on the website, we got an email with confirmation number that the vehicle was reserved for 72 hours and won’t be sold until after the reservation expires. At this point we were happy we found the car we wanted and glad it was reserved before we purchased on Monday. A couple hours before the appointment we get an email saying the car was already sold. We were very frustrated at this point, because we were promised this vehicle was reserved until it expired. We tried to work out other options like trying to find a vehicle, but were told none exist in the US right now. Also, AutoNation has similar vehicles in stock, but not what we were looking for so we asked about getting a significant discount on these similar vehicles to make up for this breaking of agreement of reserved vehicle. They didn’t want to change the price at all and offered nothing more than a hallow apology. No one should buy a car from these dishonest people. More
Terrible Service Center I had an absolutely terrible experience here. What should have been a max 2 hour appointment for an oil change and new tires took over 4 hours. Finall I had an absolutely terrible experience here. What should have been a max 2 hour appointment for an oil change and new tires took over 4 hours. Finally I approached the service center and asked what was going on. My car was ready and was just sitting in the lot, but nobody had come to get me. The service center offered to give me a $20 discount on a $130 alignment if I was waited yet another half an hour. In other words, the compensation for my wait would be to spend another $110 on an additional service. At that point, I had already wasted half the day and couldn’t wait any longer. I actually need an alignment but was so frustrated with the poor service that I decided to take my business elsewhere. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this dealership for any future service. More
