This was my first time buying a car and it made me never want to have to again. The first night we came in, we were assisted by a salesman who clearly did not care one way or another whether I bought the ca want to have to again. The first night we came in, we were assisted by a salesman who clearly did not care one way or another whether I bought the car I came in to look at. It would have been a very easy sale if he had any kind of customer service skills. We left that night and only came back a few days later because after going to 7 other dealerships, this shop had the best deal on the car I wanted. The new salesman I worked with was better but he pretty much abandoned helping us as soon as the car was purchased. The car was sold to me with a flat tire (which we pointed out) and we were assured it was fixed when we drove away. For 2 weeks since I bought the car I have tried to get this tire replaced. Every time I come in to the service department, they act like they have never seen me before even though I have come in repeatedly. The tire is still not fixed and has to be filled on a daily basis due to the leak they cannot seem to find. Not to mention, it always takes them 15 minutes to find my keys every time I come to pick up my car. There is no communication and this is the most mismanaged facility I have ever been to. The only reason I even give this one star is because Stephan in finance has been more than helpful about everything he possibly can. If only he could sell and service cars too. I have already been ignored by the manager of this facility several times and will do everything in my power to go to a different Autonation from here on out. More
Not impressed. Poor communication through out my visit- I had to actively seek out answers and timelines - if I would not have I am pretty sure I’d still be sitting there waiting . Definitely not meeting my had to actively seek out answers and timelines - if I would not have I am pretty sure I’d still be sitting there waiting . Definitely not meeting my expectations. More
Just okay experience I'd say 3.5 stars. This review is from our sales experience with this dealership. I'll update the review if I go there for service. Recently purchased I'd say 3.5 stars. This review is from our sales experience with this dealership. I'll update the review if I go there for service. Recently purchased a 2020 Rav4 Hybrid. Worked with more than 1 sales person, David, Kharen, and the salesperson we had met a few months ago Tyler was who we worked with in the finance office. David was especially friendly. My biggest feedback to all of them, is that they could improve their knowledge about the specifics of the product they sell. Looking up specs sheets and what has changed from 2019 to 2020 in terms of the packages doesn't take so much time. They could also follow up to email responses and send emails they promise to send. Must just be busy. One thing in particular bothered me. In the finance office I was also told about chaging oil every 10k, but that the first service at 5000 is an oil change. I rebuked them saying well my recent highlander didn't need an oil change until 10k, but they said that this is what the manufacturer recommends and the other Toyota dealer was wrong. Well I go home and look in the manual and maintenance record book that came with the new car and he's wrong. The first oil change IS at 10k per THE MANUFACTURER. I sometimes felt they weren't genuine either. Like saying "we'll ONLY give this to you, we don't EVER do this for other buyers" Uhhh, yea right. Make us feel special, but don't give us a deal because they can't. They could just sell to someone else the next day. Well I could also just go to another dealer. Typical stuff you get when dealing with most dealerships nowadays it seems. Positives include staff professionalism and responsiveness. Also and much better selection than other toyota dealers in the Denver area. Would still highly recommend people do their research. More
Poor Integrity | salesperson is key We had spent about a week with Stevinson West Toyota negotiating on a new Highlander. We were at a good price but were not happy with the interior. We had spent about a week with Stevinson West Toyota negotiating on a new Highlander. We were at a good price but were not happy with the interior. I found the exact same car at AutoNation Toyota, with the interior we wanted. I called and spoke with a sales agent and told them we had a written offer from Stevinson but wanted to look at the Highlander they had at AutoNation. However we wouldn't make the trip to AutoNation unless they agreed to match the price from Stevinson. They agent on the phone told me they would match another Toyota's written prince. So we made an appointment and Faheem (sales agent), however when we arrived on time we were told he was not available and ended up with a young, uninformed salesman. After test driving the vehicle, they took a look at the offer we had from Stevinson and said there was no way for them to match this offer. I asked to speak to the manager, unavailable. I asked to speak with Faheem ... also unavailable. So we left ... this after 2 hours at the dealership. But before driving off we wanted to have one last conversation with someone to express our utter unhappiness. So we went back in and asked the receptionist to see Faheem. She called him and said he would be right up. But he didn't come. She kept saying he was on his way, but after 20 minutes my wife lost it and told the receptionist to tell him this was the worst customer service ever. However while she was expressing her frustrations, another salesman named Ciprian saw us and came over offering to help. He said he didn't like to see anyone unhappy and wondered what the problem was. We shared our story and he immediately took the other offer, went to the manager, and was back in less than 5 minutes confirming they would match the price. He facilitated the buy rather quickly, with a friendly smile and patience in answering our questions. While I would not arbitrarily return to this dealer, I would go if I could work with Ciprian. He saved the sale for AutoNation, got us the car we wanted, and confirmed that the sale is clearly dependent on the knowledge and empathy of the salesperson. More

Worst customer service experience I bought a used Toyota Corolla here about two years ago. I have never had a worse experience buying a car. The dealer I dealt with was fine, however, I bought a used Toyota Corolla here about two years ago. I have never had a worse experience buying a car. The dealer I dealt with was fine, however, the finance person sold me a Toyota AutoCare plan that does not cover what he promised. I was assured it would cover all routine maintenance on my car for 5 years. I was also assured I could take my car to any Toyota dealership and they would honor it. Both of those things were untrue. I have taken it to two different Toyota dealerships, both of which have told me that the plan I was sold does not cover routine maintenance, and that I should contact Autonation Arapahoe to have this fixed. I have tried numerous times to fix this problem with Autonation. If I can ever actually get a hold of someone, they blow me off or they blame the other dealerships for lying to me. At this point, I have filed a formal complaint with Toyota corporate in hopes of getting this resolved since I cannot use the plan I was sold. I would absolutely avoid purchasing anything from here, and go to any other number of Toyota dealerships in the area. More
Bought two cars from there Well I bought a 4-Runner 2015 and then went back for a Toyota Tundra 2017; both new. I went through USAA car buying service both times. Great experien Well I bought a 4-Runner 2015 and then went back for a Toyota Tundra 2017; both new. I went through USAA car buying service both times. Great experience. By far the lowest prices. One dealership was willing to go lower on Tundra by $400; however, the platinum model didn't include side steps, whereas AutoNation did. Recently I'm been in market for sports car and it's been a nightmare with these other dealerships. I miss dealing with AutoNation. More
They raises prices while you're buying! This was a terrible experience. They put you on hold, don't return calls and they raised the price on a car I had checked by a mechanic by $1,000! Wont go back again I bought a vehicle about a year ago from Autonation, and it was my first time buying a used vehicle and I called to make sure the vehicle was still av I bought a vehicle about a year ago from Autonation, and it was my first time buying a used vehicle and I called to make sure the vehicle was still available and when I arrived I dealt with Tony and at first I thought he was very nice, when it came down to actually sitting down to seeing what my monthly payments would be changed his attitude. After they ran my credit and came back and said oh we got you approved for this rate and monthly payments he totally changed. He told me right off the bat I WAS APPROVED well that was BS, cause it took them almost 2 months to get recontracted cause I was never approved. Well I dont know how many times my credit was ran and it kept dropping my score and I finally called the finance manager and told him this is unacceptable. Well then after they got me approved after 2 months I went into the DMV to register my car and my title paperwork wasn't there, called the dealership they didn't have the courtesy to call me before going in to to let me know they were having problems with the title. I will never go back there. Nor recommend this place to anyone. This car is a lemon car, I regret giving them my business my car has been in the shop 50% of the time, thankful to have extended warranty but thats not the point. I told to the "sale manager" Ed and he didn't seem to really care about happened. More

The Yaris wasn’t available right away, but he showed me a similar vehicle and followed up when my original preference was ready to show.
