Worst dealership service dept., nothing but liars and scammers. Had vehicle towed there for an estimate and repair of rodent damage to wire harness on Jul 12. After many calls from myself and the insurance adjuster received no estimate as of Jul 21st they had done nothing with my vehicle. They told me they were waiting for approval from my insurance, whereas my insurance told me they have never received anything from Autonation Toyota Arapahoe. All lies… Most concerning they verbally told me the cost of repair was around $500, which simple internet search shows wiring harness replacement runs in the $1000s. Moved the vehicle to Groove Toyota service dept. on Jul 21st, Groove had the estimate to my insurance which was approved and parts ordered the next morning Jul 22 with proper estimate over $4700. Avoid Autonation Toyota on Arapahoe at all cost, what a nightmare! More
It took about ten days (from my call) to obtain a scheduled date for service. The service representative was professional throughout the process; and he kept me informed of the issues as they evolve scheduled date for service. Appointment setup mishandled as Loaner was requested and promised (two weeks prior). The rental agency had no information on the request/requirement so no car was available so was shuttled in the parts tru promised (two weeks prior). Truck had a large new clunk / rattle upon its return and as the fuel tank had been pulled for a warranty new fuel pump this was very disturbing. Took the vehicle back for a review and a technician had left the passenger set of the rails as he serviced the AC blower. So it wasn't a loose fuel tank but it required trip back to the dealership. Only oil change completed this 8.5 hour visit. Took a month to get an appointment for a oil change. When we had our appointment it took 2 1/2 hours. They didn’t greet us when we arrived. They didn’t top off our windshield washer fluids. They tried to ups we had our appointment it took 2 1/2 hours. They didn’t greet us when we arrived. They didn’t top off our windshield washer fluids. They tried to upscale us on stuff we do ourselves so they marked that we refused the 30k service. We checked the engine air filter they marked yellow and it was clean. Last they gave us our keys and we had to hunt for our car in the parking lot and they left all the protective plastic in the car for us to dispose of. More

I was looking to lease a 2021 highlander, either the XLE or Limited trim. Due to the inventory shortage, I called to see how many were available and then scheduled an appointment for later that day to come in. I told the sales person prior to coming in what trim models I was interested in and wanted to find out leasing terms and timing of getting a car. Once I got there, it was an okay starting process, he spent a few minutes showing me the 2 models (from the outside). After getting back from a test drive, he asked me to fill out an application which I declined. I gave him a credit score (in the excellent range) and asked to be provided estimates based on that. I got the most ridiculous prices back ($950 a month for a 36 mo 10,000 mile lease with $1,000) down for a Limited. I didn’t even want to get into the ridiculous of the suggested payments so I asked why the starting price on the sheet was already $2,000 more than the sticker if the options they’re adding were listed below. They didn’t even answer that. He told me that I would need to put $10,000 down to get it for $600/month. I then left shortly after that. After coming home. I looked at Stevinson Toyota (East) and spoke with a sales person there the next morning. They’re starting offer for a highlander limited (same terms 36 mo 10,000 miles) was $600 with $0 down. Once I finalized my deal with the other Toyota dealership, I let the sales person at Arapahoe know I was going with a different dealer. After his initial response of why I would even do that (the car is coming in 5-10 days instead of available today), he had the nerve to ask if he could match the terms would we have a deal. I have no desire to support dealerships that have no integrity and think just because a single woman walks in I know nothing about car buying and they can charge me ridiculous amounts. More
