First let me begin by saying that our Representative we were dealing with was FANTASTIC. However, the leadership at this dealership and the message they were sending needs to be heard loudly. We went to were dealing with was FANTASTIC. However, the leadership at this dealership and the message they were sending needs to be heard loudly. We went to purchase a NEW Toyota 4Runner. They had a beautiful one in stock not yet sold. The Representative told us that they would not be able to sell us that car UNLESS we had TRADE-IN of VALUE. We did not. We simply wanted to buy that vehicle. They were UNWILLING to offer us that vehicle but instead said they would be willing to do a deal for a NEW Highlander without a TRADE-IN of Value. Now riddle me this - since when does a Dealership TELL the CUSTOMER what vehicle they can and can not purchase. We needed a vehicle so I accepted the Highlander site unseen. What the dealership didn't know is that we have 6 children that might all want a Toyota someday and now they will get one lease out of me and Never AGAIN. EVER. More
A piece of insulation fell off my car from behind the front wheel well, on my 5 year old, well-maintained, 36,000-mile Hylander. Not supposed to happen, but no coverage on the manufacturer's warranty or front wheel well, on my 5 year old, well-maintained, 36,000-mile Hylander. Not supposed to happen, but no coverage on the manufacturer's warranty or the extended warranty. Worst part? $500 to fix, even though the insulation probably costs $2. This is the second time AutoNation has denied coverage (first time was a failed/disfigured seat cushion after two years and 10K miles). More

The dealership personnel are very professional, punctual, courteous, and friendly. Being greeted at the front door is a real plus.
