The sales associate Sergio was helpful, but once we settled on the vehicle then it slowed down immensely. We waited for 5 hours to purchase and when we got the paperwork, they had additional charges t settled on the vehicle then it slowed down immensely. This is our second time purchasing from here and our first experience was not like this. More

With all the many new features on this SUV, I had to call Natalia several times and even came back to the dealership for help and she was so patient and willing to answer my questions and show me how to find the LTA drill down menu on the dashboard. Her excellent customer service is a rare find and because of her, I will recommend this dealership to others. Thank you Natalia for making this customer’s car buying experience wonderful. I also had the pleasure of working with Hira in the Finance Department. From applying for financing to the final paperwork, Hira made this process go smoothly. Went with preauthorized loan and instructed to run my credit through that bank. They ran my credit through other banks without my knowledge and lied when I asked them about . It took a couple days longer to obtain the alternator and install it than what the service manager said. I had to follow up to ensure my concern about a crack in the leather on the driver’s seat. The car is only 3 years old with 19,000 miles and kept in the garage out of the sun. This should be covered under warranty. However Toyota is dragging their feet in responding to this problem. More
:For the second time in 2 years there were screwups on our Highlander 30,000 mile checkup ….. this time 5 : #1 tires were not rotated at all despite their description on the service sheet …. they lied to our Highlander 30,000 mile checkup ….. this time 5 : #1 tires were not rotated at all despite their description on the service sheet …. they lied to us not realizing we marked the wheels #2 they stated our brakes were severely worn at 4 mm , but when we took the vehicle for a second opinion , it was 10 mm on all 4 hubs #3 tire pressures were marked at 38 psi on service sheet , but were actually 38 L front , 36 L rear and R front , and 37 R rear #4 battery was supposedly checked , but the electrolyte levels on all 6 cells were below the core ….. and finally # 5 , the engine air cleaner was marked “needs attention” when in fact I had just replaced it 1 month ago ….. as far as the rotation goes , Mr. Brown promised me it would NEVER happen again when they pulled this exact stunt 2 years ago …… what gives at this facility ????? …. totally pathetic experience for my wife and I as we actually attempt to maintain our vehicles for the long haul , and these folks try to thwart that effort …. shame on them ….. More
