They got it done within about 15 minutes of the window that they told me for the 40,000 checkup. Changed oil only, since tires need to be replaced before winter, but not sooner. Overall an average experience. Salesperson just seemed put out that we were even there and had a bit of an attitude, which made us question the whole process, but ultimately stuck it out. The Finance depa put out that we were even there and had a bit of an attitude, which made us question the whole process, but ultimately stuck it out. The Finance department was outstanding. Our representative went over everything and was overall delightful. All things considered, we walked out with the car, thus the recommendation. Had the sales person been a little more friendly would have given more stars. More
