The wait was longer then was told it would be and after oil change I got home and had oil leak had to return wait till next day to get car since no mechanic there was told drain plug was loose. Was recommended to get more maintenance scheduled but concerned getting work done there if they don't even tighten plug on oil pan. More

Mostly happy with the work done except my headlight cleaning (still foggy). Unfortunately, my rep (Hunter) said they needed the car overnight, and would call when ready the next day - Didn't call ... cleaning (still foggy). I am a repeat customer at Arapahoe Autonation Toyota and both times purchased the platinum extended warranty. My current car I purchased brand new off the lot last year. The battery is already dead and th both times purchased the platinum extended warranty. My current car I purchased brand new off the lot last year. The battery is already dead and the dealership said they will not replace it. Their response was that I should be happy it lasted as long as it did and they can sell me a new one & install it for me or I can go somewhere else and purchase one aftermarket. Now that was a bit condescending given I’ve been dealing with them on this battery issue for four weeks now waiting for a response from the service Dept and also trying to speak with their GM, who is never available, so this has dragged on for weeks. Today again when I called trying to reach someone for an answer, this guy who claimed to be a manager answered, took my information, then called back to let me know they would not be honoring my request. What is the cost to them to replace the battery? Probably less than the loss of my future business, as well as the loss of business from family, friends & coworkers that a happy customer would have referred to them. It’s very sad and frustrating to put your faith and trust in a company and they completely let you down. I’ll carefully monitor the reviews of the next company with which I decide to do business.
