I had taken my 2020 Camry XSE in for its first maintenance appt and this could have not been smoother. When I arrived a service team member came up to me in the car asked me about my appt and less maintenance appt and this could have not been smoother. I visited AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe in hopes to find a new car. Unfortunately, I had to total my car on new years eve and needed to quickly find a new car in order to function in my daily life. I was very new car. Unfortunately, I had to total my car on new years eve and needed to quickly find a new car in order to function in my daily life. I was very afraid due to the stories I heard with current car market. However, I was quickly, at the spot, shown cars to drive, 4runner and Rav4. I opted for the 4runner (yay) and pricing was no markups!!! I heard many dealers are marking up every car in the lot but this place did not. I strongly recommend it. I bought a pre-paid oil change maintenance plan when I bought my car here. Even when you make an appointment for an oil change expect to wait at least two hours which is way too long. This last time I wen bought my car here. Even when you make an appointment for an oil change expect to wait at least two hours which is way too long. This last time I went they lied right to my face too. Asked how many oil changes I had left on my plan and they said I used all of them up and my plan was over. Just yesterday I got a card in the mail saying I have 5 free oil changes to go in my plan. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! More
