Poor experience from beginning to end. Sales person over the phone inaccurately described the car features, sales team removed the warranty from the agreement with out stating so, then waited two weeks for the phone inaccurately described the car features, sales team removed the warranty from the agreement with out stating so, then waited two weeks for a service appointment to then have it canceled while in the service bay because it was a used car and not a new Toyota. I would never buy another car from Toyota Arapahoe. More
