I was having trouble starting my car and thought it might be the ignition switch. I brought it in and didn’t have an appointment. Keisler looked at it and thought it might be the battery. It tested dead so w be the ignition switch. I brought it in and didn’t have an appointment. Keisler looked at it and thought it might be the battery. It tested dead so we agreed to replace it. Also needed an oil change so we agreed to do it and a tire rotation. Keisler said it could be done within two hours. He texted me when the work was done and I came back to pick it up. More
Appreciated the time David took with going over the car and making the purchase easy. The only thing I did not like is that the Camry I purchased only had one fob, when a car should always have more than one key. And the one fob that I did receive, as soon as I got home in the light (it was dark when I left) I saw the battery was dead so could not start the car again until I went and paid to have the battery in the fob changed. Yes a minor detail, but put me in a dilemma since I could not really use the car until I got someone to give me a ride to take care of it. If a car only has one fob (which I learned this one did only after I started the purchase), the dealership should order a second and have it fully functional before sending someone off in a car. But still a good experience and I would purchase again. This I believe is not the fault of David - the dealership should be responsible for making sure drivers have two keys and those are adequate. I take my car in there for service. I only see Mark Anderson as he is who I trust to take care of my car. He is the best and why I go to this dealership! I only see Mark Anderson as he is who I trust to take care of my car. He is the best and why I go to this dealership! More
People were nice and process took about 3 hours to buy car so slow. Biggest issue is that there were two key fobs and one did not work and dealer would not pay to fix it. Just told me to contact someone e car so slow. Biggest issue is that there were two key fobs and one did not work and dealer would not pay to fix it. Just told me to contact someone else and pay for it myself. Won’t buy again from dealer due to that. Not professional. More
