I brought my Toyota in for an oil change and routine 90k maintenance. Arvin took care of me and was excellent from start to finish. He went over the recommended services thoroughly and professionally, but w maintenance. Arvin took care of me and was excellent from start to finish. He went over the recommended services thoroughly and professionally, but what stood out most was how respectful and low-pressure he was throughout the process. I’m really grateful that Arvin didn’t try to push anything on me. If I had felt pressured or like someone was trying to upsell me, I honestly probably wouldn’t come back. But because he treated me with respect and let me make my own decisions, I feel confident returning when I actually need something done. He also got me out quickly, just as promised, and we had a great conversation while I waited. It’s rare to find someone who’s both knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
