Moved to this state from Florida. I chose this service department based on reviews. Everyone was friendly. Jordan was great. Was at the facility for 5 hours for service, new battery and new tires. My only quirks are the car clock set up wasn't done by service people, no car wash but a card to get one done locally ( I live 90 minutes away ) and on the multi-point inspection had the box check that fluids were checked. Soon after leaving the dealership my low windshield fluid light came on…….I was very spoiled at Pembroke Pines Subaru in Florida….However, one visit is just that and I will return to this facility.
