AutoNation Subaru Spokane Valley - Service Center

I got my 60k service done. The communication with advisors was not great. I was on hold for 30 minutes checking on my car so I had to drive to the dealership to find out that my car was not done till advisors was not great. If you spend over 1500 dollars I think your car should be washed. Very disappointed in the dealership with their communication. More

I took my car in just for an oil change and waited for 2 hours and 45 minutes. Only to find out my car had been finished for close to an hour. No one bothered to come and get me.
