This dealership is horrible. My son dropped his car off there November 14th. He has had to call them every day to find out the status of the repair work. He gets told every time he calls that someone will call him back and the He has had to call them every day to find out the status of the repair work. An inspection is required from a third party for extended warranty coverage and Subaru has rescheduled the inspector 4 times. My son has requested a call back from the GM…. No call. Guess that’s where their service department learns how to treat customers. My son has reached out to Autonation HQ, Customer Experience, and hope to hear back from them soon. 28 days…. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all!!!! More
