My husband wanted me to look at Subarus for my new car purchase but really didn’t want a Subaru. In an effort to have family harmony I added Subaru to the list of brands that I would consider. Austin made an appointment for me to come back when I had more time and even followed up with an appointment to add to my calendar. He even sent me home with some catalogs so I could read up on the features of the cars that I was o retested in. Austin is very knowledgeable and he answered all my questions. I brought my husband along for the appointment, but Austin understood he was selling the car to me and not my husband. A car is a big purchase so I didn’t make a decision to buy my Subaru at this appointment-Austin really heard me when I said that. I finished up my research and test drives of other vehicles a d the. Scheduled a final test drive of the 2022 Legacy with Austin. I decided this was the car for me. Moved to this state from Florida. I chose this service department based on reviews. Everyone was friendly. Jordan was great. Was at the facility for 5 hours for service, new battery and new tires. My only quirks are the car clock set up wasn't done by service people, no car wash but a card to get one done locally ( I live 90 minutes away ) and on the multi-point inspection had the box check that fluids were checked. Soon after leaving the dealership my low windshield fluid light came on…….I was very spoiled at Pembroke Pines Subaru in Florida….However, one visit is just that and I will return to this facility.
