The female service advisor, Jordan?, said she would call me back with price of all items recommended before the work was done. She did not. She quoted the cabin air filter and diagnostic charge. I was not given a copy of the work done when I left the dealership. That has always been standard practice with you guys. I didn’t realize it until I was working out of town the next day. This is the 1st time I have made a negative review. They did a great job getting my car in so quickly. It could have been a disaster If I had to wait. I accidentally drained the transmission fluid, instead of the oil. I have changed the oil in every vehicle I ever owned. Am surprised I mistook the transmission drain plug for oil drain plug. They did a great job getting my car checked over and back in working order. It could have been much worse. Thank you !! More

Recently had a warranty issue on our 2018 Outback. It had to be towed 70 miles to the dealership. I had called ahead to let them know it was on it's way. Very courteous service staff who thoroughly reviews the work to be done with the customer and then again after the work is done. Schefuling was easy and the documentation of services done is very complete work to be done with the customer and then again after the work is done. The showroom and customer service waiting area is roomy and comfortable. I loved the cubicle work desks with outlets for customers to use while the car is being serviced. There are also comfortable chairs and a TV and fireplace to enjoy. There is hand sanitizer, masks and antiseptic wipes everywhere so it is easy to maintain COVID protections. The restrooms are clean and nice and even the complimentary coffee is good coffee! More

With an appointment it took two hours to change the oil which is absolutely ridiculous. If you make an appointment to have your oil change you should be in and out in 30 minutes maximum that’s if everythin which is absolutely ridiculous. We were informed that our head gaskets needed to be changed in our 2014 Crosstrek, quoted us $2100, and then a week later $3900. We had a 2nd opinion, and there were NO ISSUES WITH THE HEAD GASKETS.
