They are struggling to get & keep qualified service employees. Over priced oil changes. GM is not accessible & is gone a lot. Women in & around service are not masking or not masking correctly. I'm only sending this to the dealer and not posting on facebook or google. Women employees/customer service check-in people were not masked. I mentioned it; it didn't happen. However I dropped the car off about 8:30 am; it was about 11:am when it was finished. Meanwhile at least 4 people who were having the same thing done, came after me, left before me. Sigh. When I decided to check on what was going on, as I walked to the counter, the young woman I had been dealing with was rounding the corner. She said she was behind in paperwork but the car was done. Shortly thereafter she came to get me. At counter, paying for service, mask was onder the chin of both women employees. I had commented on how great to see women in those positions. It was disappointing. I had an appt; I was on time; 2 1/2 hours is too long...plus others were in and out. Not sure if it was the person or what.... More
I couldn't reach the gas pedal when I got the car back .They moved the seat. I have back problems and the seat has to be just right. After the multi point inspection They claimed I needed a cabin air fi .They moved the seat. I have back problems and the seat has to be just right. After the multi point inspection They claimed I needed a cabin air filter. change. Must not have actually looked because It was new a month ago. The tire pressure was listed as 35 on all four. Not so , I check the tires myself and one was down to 28psi. They also added a $20 oil additive I did not ask for. They did remove that charge. I like the dealership and the folks are all friendly. The inspection is a farce. More
This is a good dealership, but the service department leaves something to be desired. We came in with a car with battery problems. They told us that the battery was good, but the next day it was dead a leaves something to be desired. We came in with a car with battery problems.
