I had an issue that was dismissed by the staff with an answer everything is okay. But the same thing happened again and I didn't know why. A technician came out to my car to look at what was happening. H answer everything is okay. But the same thing happened again and I didn't know why. A technician came out to my car to look at what was happening. His answers made no sense to myself or my husband. He couldn't even get it to work the way he said it would. I reached out to my sales person. He took the time to find the answer. And then to give me the answer. He didn't just blow me off saying everything is okay. An answer that I understood regarding the issue I had. He is the only reason I would ever return to this location for another purchase. As for the service department, I will finish out my contract and be going to Hopkins Automotive, a place that cares and takes the time to work with the client. And to explain any issues or concerns. I had gone to the dealership in December and had a visit that was not positive but left without saying anything. When I went back to have 12,000 mile service I decided to talk with the service manager abou that was not positive but left without saying anything.
