I went in to get wipers replaced and asked about additional work that was recommend at my last service. They offered to do it that day while I was already there. I go to AutoNation Subaru Spokane Valley for my car's maintenance and I always enjoy the experience. The staff are friendly, the waiting area is clean and welcoming with hot drinks available. I also like that their location is walking distance to a couple of restaurants and a grocery store. If I have to wait for my car this is the place I'd rather be. More

I had an issue that was dismissed by the staff with an answer everything is okay. But the same thing happened again and I didn't know why. A technician came out to my car to look at what was happening. H answer everything is okay. But the same thing happened again and I didn't know why. A technician came out to my car to look at what was happening. His answers made no sense to myself or my husband. He couldn't even get it to work the way he said it would. I reached out to my sales person. He took the time to find the answer. And then to give me the answer. He didn't just blow me off saying everything is okay. An answer that I understood regarding the issue I had. He is the only reason I would ever return to this location for another purchase. As for the service department, I will finish out my contract and be going to Hopkins Automotive, a place that cares and takes the time to work with the client. And to explain any issues or concerns. By far the worst experience I have ever had at any dealership in my life. Horrible communication from girls at front desk. Bid was more than the original quote. Called over to CDA dealership to get an dealership in my life. Horrible communication from girls at front desk. Bid was more than the original quote. Called over to CDA dealership to get another quote and it was hundreds less. Was not informed that I would actually be getting a car from a car rental dealership that I would be driven to down the street. Just all over bad experience. Definitely need experienced people over young girls working the desk. More
