The sales staff goes above and beyond answering questions and following up. No pressure is applied. They are trying to match the customer with the right car. When we were picking up our license plates for my new Subaru, my husband mentioned his Ford truck had a dead battery. The dealership gave us a discount on a lifetime battery and brought the battery to ou Subaru, my husband mentioned his Ford truck had a dead battery. The dealership gave us a discount on a lifetime battery and brought the battery to our home and installed it for free. That was definitely going above and beyond for a customer. We have told all our friends and family what great customer service we received. More

I was very disappointed with my service appointment. When I called at 3 pm to make sure my car would be completed by 3:30 like I'd asked, I found out it hadn't even been started.
