Brought car in for recall service. Was told it would be ready between 1 and 2. Was specifically asked for a good number to notify us. After waiting until 4 we finally called to find out statis...service debt didn't know but would call back when found out...no call back. Called back at 5....went to voice mail. Decided to just go physically to find out what was going on...was asked if we had already picked up the car...really? Why would we be asking if already had car...when we finally got home (after waiting 3 hours after the latest time it would be ready) discovered a message on answering machine that our Subaru was ready...time? 12:47. We weren't home....we were waiting in Spokane for our car...an hour and 15 minutes from our home. Need much better communication around there...service guy specifically wrote our cell phone down on paperwork....very frustrating as we thought we had most of the afternoon to get some other things accomplished...and will now have to make another trip to Spokane.
