They are always nice. Never a problem with the service center. My only complaint was that I had to sit in cold air conditioning for 1-1/2 hours. Oil change service was good. .. a little slow, but the dealership offered coffee and donuts to offset the wait. Moved here from California and was looking for a dealer to bring my Subaru for service. My brother who purchased his vehicle at this location HIGHLY recommended them than the other place nearer to me. I am to bring my Subaru for service. People who work here are friendly, professional and down to earth. Even their General Manager, Jeff was out and about helping out. Usually the big boss just stays in the office and lets the staff do their job. I took off work coz I thought that there was only wires that need to be fixed on my broken radio. The GM informed me that they would need to order the radio head and even offered to give me a loaner and bring it to my work which is on the North side of Spokane. I was blown away with their customer service. I will be a customer for years to come… More
