Rating should really be a 9/10 (this only allows out of 5 stars). My experience with purchasing a car at AutoNation was great and negotiated a good price! (with one con I will get to). I worked with Colin on the floor who was really great, calm and did not pressure me or anything. He was nice and got me going efficiently. I then worked with Shane who got me setup through the paperwork and signing everything. The con of my experience was when Shane was lightly pressuring me to purchase the protection packages. He kept bringing it up 3 times after that (not including the first time showing me the options). Now I know sales wants to make sales, but after the 2nd time saying no he kept trying to ask why I did not want the protection package. I don't think I can give any dealership a 5/5 or 10/10 rating because of this UNLESS they offer me the protection package once, following by asking about it ONCE more after that and NO MORE times after that. I don't want to spend more money on these packages, as I don't need them. I just want to sign paperwork and go home with my new car (it was evening time and was wanting to eat because I was hungry). I feel like after the 2nd time saying 'No' that my decision was falling on deaf ears, and I was losing my patience. I could have been more direct but I am a nice guy, which can be a personality fault to me. Next time I will be more direct after the 1st time I say NO. Overall I would buy again from this dealership, but if I do I hope to work with both of these people next time, as they both know me now and how I make my purchases. More

One tire on my Forester was leaking about a pound of pressure a day. So I came to AutoNation. Michael told me they couldn’t get me in then, but if I came back at 2:30, I should look him up and he’s g pressure a day. So I came to AutoNation.
