I appreciate the email reminders for service and it has always been done very professionally. However my last experience I never received the phone call my car was done and ended up having to wait over 4 always been done very professionally. found that I need tires. Rear tires are worn on the inside and do not know if that is from a bad wheel alignment or what. Nothing was said or listed on last service about the Rear tires are worn on the inside and do not know if that is from a bad wheel alignment or what. Nothing was said or listed on last service about the ware. Nothing listed about a tire rotation. If the tires were rotated last service the one doing the service should have noted this. I should have gotten an other year out of these tires. Glad it was seen this time. More

Came in for oil change. Plug was not sealed properly. Oil leaked. Such frustration.. called service dept several times. Never answered the phone. All automated. Finally afte Plug was not sealed properly. Oil leaked. Such frustration.. called service dept several times. Never answered the phone. All automated. Finally after 4 th call. Someone answered the phone. By then…we were so frustrated after all day long. Got the car in the next morning. .they replaced the plug. Hopefully there is not damage to our car. The service dept is what we liked about auto nation. Not so sure now. And for gods sake. Take care of your loyal customers. Answer the xxxx phone! More
