It was problem after problem. I’ve had to replace my battery 3 times in 2 years since I purchased the car. Finally, I had it towed to the dealership for further diagnostics. Appar I’ve had to replace my battery 3 times in 2 years since I purchased the car. Finally, I had it towed to the dealership for further diagnostics. Apparently, when calling Subaru Roadside service for battery assistance, they dispatch a 3rd party to jump or replace. No one had record of who this company was as I needed warranty information. I spent over 2 hours on hold with Subaru Advocacy only to be told they couldn’t help me. So I paid $256 for yet another battery in my 2017 Outback. The day my car was towed, I received a call from the dealership to tell me the car would not be ready and required more testing—this was at 5:45pm—but was offered a loaner and would be ready anytime before closing at 7pm. I managed to find a ride to the dealership and arrived at 6:50pm to be told there was no car for me, no one had passed along any record of my reservation, and to come back in the morning. I pleaded, having to work the next day and get my children to school. I told the associate that Stephen promised me a car would be waiting for me. The associate responded, “Well, I guess that’s Stephen’s problem.” After arguing with this man, he miraculously found me a car. Next day, I am called to be told my car is done, but was recommended a new air filter and wipers. I declined, having already been frustrated with having to purchase ANOTHER battery. When I picked up my car, the air filter was sitting on my passenger’s side, not having been put back. My 16 year old son replaced it for me, although the part that holds the filter in place was nowhere to be found. Eventually, we found it in the passenger side door. To say I’m dissatisfied is an understatement. Today, I would not recommend Subaru of Scottsdale to friends or family. I won’t be returning again should I ever require assistance. More

My visit took over an hour and a half to complete and this was with an appointment. I specifically requested for certain things to be looked at and after my car was brought up to the front? They were no this was with an appointment. I specifically requested for certain things to be looked at and after my car was brought up to the front? They were not completed. So I was forced to wait longer while they took my car back and completed my request. Also, when I left the dealership, I noticed that my check oil light was in and also my low tire light. These should of both been addressed considering my appointment as for an oil change. And on the back of my bill of sale? There is a list of things that the service dept sort meant is (supposed) go actually check and complete. One of those things is to check my tires and they signed off on it that they were ok. So I was forced to go to a tire shop to have ( then) do what automation was supposed to do. And finally. I had to check my manual to figure out how to re set my check oil light. I will most likely not go back to this dealership considering that it shouldn't take over an 1 1/2 hours to have my oil changed. And to leave in satisfied. On a positive note : the service man was nice and polite. He even went out to my car when I left to make sure that the service dept. actually did what I requested. His name was Andrew. More
