Before leaving New Mexico for Scottsdale, we had our car's brakes serviced (not by a Subaru dealer). Sunday before New Year's eve, the rear brakes failed (we thought worse at the time). Using only the car's brakes serviced (not by a Subaru dealer). Sunday before New Year's eve, the rear brakes failed (we thought worse at the time). Using only the phone, I arranged with Ron's help for him to receive the car from the towing company. On New Year's eve, Ron informed the service supervisor Garry of our problem. Garry had the car fixed in no time at all, even washed the car for us, and sent the shuttle to pick us up at the Boulder's. Great ending to a great vacation. More
My Garmin GPS, Mapquest App and Google App could not bring me within sight of the dealership. The map link from the dealer's website shows the location as south of Hayden. I was told this problem has been known for over a year. Every flier, receipt, etc. should include a map. I'd been there about a year ago. But after a year you don't remember directions, what you quickly remember is the sense of frustration. It's been a year. Clearly upper management is not interested in attracting or keeping clients.
